摘要
目的探讨根本原因分析法在护理管理中的应用效果。方法应用根本原因分析法分析护理工作中存在的问题,制订相应护理操作流程,改革排班方式,简化护理文书书写,实施绩效管理和加强患者的健康教育等措施。结果实施根本原因分析法后病区患者响铃率、介入术后并发症发生率低于实施前,患者满意度较实施前提高,实施前后比较,P<0.05或P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论在护理管理中应用根本原因分析法可提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the application of fundamental cause analysis in nursing management. Method Fundamental cause analysis was used to retrospectively analyze the shortage in practical nursing, develop standard nursing operating procedures, reform shift arrangement, simplify nursing documents and enhance nursing safety and risk management. Results Compared to pre-imp]ementation of fundamental cause analysis, the red light flashing rate in the department and nursing complications after cardiac intervention were significantly decreased and the patients' satisfaction was significantly improved (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The fundamental cause analysis may improve the quality of nursing management.
