摘要
目的探讨实施护士分层级管理及大包干责任制对护理质量的影响。方法自2009年1月起本科室实施护士分层级管理和大包干责任制。比较实施分层级管理和大包干责任制前后护理质量的差异。结果实施分层级管理和大包干责任制后病区基础护理、护理文书书写、操作技能、健康教育和患者对护理工作评价均较实施前提高,实施前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论实施护士分层级管理及大包干责任制在提高护士综合素质的同时,提高了护理质量和患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing management hierarchy and the full responsibility system on nursing quality.Methods The nursing management hierarchy and the full responsibility system was performed during February 2010 to February 2011.The nursing quality before the enforcement was compared with that after the enforcement of the system.Result The nursing quality after the enforcement of the system was significantly improved compared to that before the enforcement in terms of basic nursing,nursing document writing,nursing manipulative skills,health education and the assessments of patients on nursing quality（P 0.01）.Conclusion It is good for the improvement of nurse＇s holistic quality and the improvement of nursing quality and satisfaction degree of the patients to carry on the nursing management hierarchy and the full responsibility system.
