摘要
介绍了车用永磁发电机的研制过程 ,阐述了设计特点、关键技术及其解决办法 ,其中提出了两个技术方案 :单极隔磁永磁转子的磁路结构 ;采用桥式半控整流稳压电路来控制永磁发电机的输出电压。并对其技术的可行性作了相应的论证。
This paper introduces the research and manufacture process of permanent magnetic generator applied to motorvehicle, the magnetor's design features, principal techniques attained by acting on the following two technical suggestions: The magnetor rotor has a structure which functions as insulator preventing the passage of magnetic current from where it is not wanted; The stable output voltage of the magnetor is controlled by bridge-type semicontrolled circuit which rectifies current and stabilizes voltage. The treatise also expounds and proves the technical feasibility,with a brief introduction to the method of designing the above-mentioned special magnetic structure.
