摘要
为探讨中药清热解毒汤保留灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及护理要点，本研究将96例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各48例。观察组予中药清热解毒汤保留灌肠治疗，配合情志疏导、饮食调理、症状护理及健康宜教；对照组予西药保留灌肠治疗。对比两组患者的疗效及临床主要症状改善平均所需时间。结果显示，观察组侄疗效方向明显优于对照组，P〈0．05；观察组临床主要症状改善平均所需时间均明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，中药清热解毒汤保留灌肠配合情志疏导、饮食调理、症状护理及健康宣教治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著，且起效快、操作简便。值僻临床推广直再，
In order to probe into the therapeutic effect and nursing main points of Qingre Jiedu Tang（a dc coction of Chinese materia mediea,for clearing heat and toxic material） used in retention enema for lrcating chronic ulcerative colitis （UC） this study divided randomly the 96 patients with this disease into obserwt tion group and control group,48 eases,per group. Observation group received retention enema with the de coetion for their disease,and assoeiated with emotion dredge, dietotherapy, symptom nursing and heahh ed ucation,while eontrol group was only subjected to retention enema with western drugs;then the therapeu tic effects and improvement status of clinical main symptoms （i. e need time for improvement） were corn pared each other. As results,in the therapeutic effect observation group was significantly superior to con trol group（ P 〈0.05）, while in average need time for improving main symptoms observation group was greatly shorter than control group（ P〈0.05）. Results show that the decoction and associated measure ments in the treatment of chronic UC is of significant therapeutic effect, faster efficacy onset and simple. easy manipulation,thus it is worthy to be popularized to use.
