摘要
制备了负载SO24-/ZrO2固体酸陶瓷膜,并对其用于油酸和甲醇酯化反应进行研究。通过测定不同反应温度、不同催化膜负载率和不同甲醇/油酸物质的量的比条件下油酸的转化率,线性回归得到了酯化反应动力学参数。研究结果表明,酯化反应为拟均相二级反应。在最佳反应条件下,反应活化能由49.1 kJ/mol降至34.6 kJ/mol,油酸酯化率达到95.84%。
Alumina ceramic membrane-supported SO4^2-/ZrO2 is prepared and used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the esterification of oleic acid with methanol. The parameters in the esterification kinetic are determined by measuring the conversion of oleic acid under the conditions of different reaction temperatures, different loadings of catalytic membrane and different molar ratios of methanol/oleic acid, respectively. The results show that the esterification is the pseudohomogeneous second-order reaction. The activation energy decreases from 49. 1 kJ/mol to 34. 6 kJ/mol, and oleic acid conversion of the esterifieation can be up to 95.84% under the optimal condition.
