摘要
通过对比中美两国的能源消费结构与煤炭消费模式,分析了当前我国煤炭消费比例过高、工业和建筑业煤炭消费量过大的现状和问题,并从经济发展阶段、能源利用传统、资源禀赋等方面讨论了产生问题的原因,提出优化煤炭消费结构的政策建议。
This article has analyzed China＇s coal consumption status and its over usage in industry and construction sectors by the comparison of energy and coal utilization mode between China and America. The sources of these problems have been discussed from the aspects of industry development level, energy consumption tradition and resources endowment, etc.. Policy suggestions have been proposed to optimize the coal consumption mode in China.
