企业创新过程中的职能界面管理 被引量:15

摘要 对于企业创新活动的绩效而言 ,企业界面过程的有效性和效率是一个重要的问题。我国工业企业在创新活动中一直存在的效率低下问题 ,在很大程度上源于我国企业界面管理尤其是职能间界面管理的低效率。本文对企业内部职能间界面在企业创新管理中的重要作用及其问题产生原因进行了研究和分析 。
