摘要
本文介绍了一种低伤害压裂液体系和压裂过程中根据数值模拟裂缝温度剖面进行追加破胶剂的技术。在6 0— 80℃的地层条件下压裂液冻胶粘度稳定 ,滤失量低 ,破胶彻底 ,稳定粘土的性能好 ,在海拉尔盆地勘探压裂井压裂液返排率达 70 %左右 ,现场施工成功率高 。
This paper presents a low damage fracturing fluid for reservoir strata of 60—80℃ and a technology of super addition of gel breaker stepwisely during the fracturing process according to the temperature profile in fracture constructed by using numerical modelling. The plant gum(HPG), crosslinker(bor complex), clay stabilizer, demulsifier, and flow back aid selected are described and the performance properties are presented for this fluid. The uses of this fluid and the technology of super addition of gel breaker in fracturing operations for 14 exploring wells(temperature 80℃) are all successful..
