摘要
针对吉林松南地区低温油层的地质特点,开发出了适用于特低温(24—33℃)油井的加砂压裂液。该压裂液以改性瓜尔胶为稠化剂,液态有机硼为交联剂,含有破胶剂、破乳剂和粘土稳定剂。本文报导了用于实际压裂作业的压裂液推荐配方。
A Proppant carrying aqueous gelling fluid is developed for hydrofracturing ultralow temperature (24 33℃) oil reservoirs in Songnan Region of Jilin Oil Fields. This fluid contains commercial hydropropyl guar gum GRJ 11 as gelling agent, liquid bororganic crosslinker SD2 2, demulsifier SD2 11, KCl as clay stabilizer, and gel breaker SD2 15. The following formulation in kg/m 3 is recommended and its performance properties are evaluated: GRJ 11 4.0 4.5; SD2 2 0.8 1.6; SD2 11 8.0 1.0; KCl 5; SD2 15 3.5 4.0. The results of field testing this fluid system in 4 oil wells are successful.
