摘要
以室内实验和现场试验为基础,进一步阐述了液—液旋流器分离性能的衡量标准,对能耗计算、旋流管直径的选择以及节能措施和化学药剂的使用等情况进行了介绍。并对旋流器在现场应用中的若干问题提出了看法,为液—液旋流分离器的推广使用提出了参考意见。
Based on experiments and field tests, the paper discusses the field application of liquid-liquid separators. The paper deals with separation characteristics,energy loss,selecting diameter of hydrocyclone liners, energy saving and the application of chemical additives. It is very useful for extending application of the hy-drocycloner.
