摘要
针对目前炼油厂含油污泥治理方面存在的问题，提出了一种含油污泥全回流简易蒸馏的新工艺。在实验确定的优化工艺条件下，可使原油回收率达到97.4％，利用脱油后的泥渣生产建筑防水嵌缝油膏，为含油污泥的综合治理找到了一条有效途径。
A simple full reflux distillation technology for oilrecovery from oily sludge of oil refineries is put forward in this paper. Oil recovery can reach 94.7％ underoptimized technological conditions. De - oiled sludge can be used to produce building waterproof cream. It is a new way of comprehensive treatment of oily sludge.
