摘要
针对目前含油污泥治理方面存在的问题，提出了一种炼厂含油污泥全回流简易蒸馏的新工艺。在实验确定的优化工艺条件下，可使原油回收率达到９７ ．４ ％ 。利用脱油后的泥渣生产用途十分广泛的建筑防水嵌缝油膏。
As to the existing problems of treating oily slude produced from oily water processing, a new technology for treating refinery oily sludge by simple distillation with full reflux was put forward. The method provided good oil recovery of up to 97.4% under the optimum conditions. The deoiled sludge could be used in the water proof oil cream for building. The harmful compositions in the oily sludge were effectively solidified in the oil cream. It was a new way to dispose oily sludge in oil refinery.
