摘要
飞机上简单结构,可以通过工程方法或是全机有限元内力解结果,进行损伤容限分析。但是,对于复杂结构,例如机身的大开口(旅客观察窗开口,登机门开口等)、气密波纹板,还有一些复杂连接,必须要建立有限元细化模型计算应力,进行损伤容限评估。通过1个算例介绍借助HYPERMESH建立细化的有限元模型,模拟结构受载情况。通过NASTRAN软件进行求解。得到的应力与工程方法的结果进行比较,结果表明方法切实可行,而且结果正确,最后运用NASGRO软件进行损伤容限分析。
Engineering method or Total aircraft FEA result can be used in damage tolerance analysis for the simple structures. But the stress must be calculated by means of the detailed FEA in damage tolerance analysis for the complicated structures such as the cutouts in aircraft(passenger windows entrance door, etc)pressurized corrugated plate, and some complicated joints. One example is introduced that a detailed FEM has been established by use of the HYPERMESH to simulate the load condition, the result calculated using the NASTRAN is compared to the one by means of conventional engineering method. The method provided is useful and practical, and the calculation is correct. The damage tolerance analysis is conduced using NASGRO finally.
