摘要
采用KernSeaton 渐近模型预测了换热器污垢的生长规律。以换热器传热机理为基础,提出了一项反映污垢对换热器传热性能影响大小的指标,即结垢前后换热器传热有效度之比φ,讨论了结垢时间及表面温度等参数对φ的影响。
The growth characteristics of fouling on the surface of heat exchanger is predicted by means of Kern Seaton's asymptotic model.A criterion which is defined as the ratio of heat transfer efferctiveness before and after fouling is put forward on the basis of the mechanism of heat transfer in heat exchanger.The effect of the fouling time and surface temperature on the heat transfer performance of heat exchanger was discussed.
