摘要
目的:观察白念珠菌性外阴阴道炎患者阴道分泌物Th1/Th2细胞因子水平,探讨其在阴道局部免疫功能中的作用。方法:采用ELISA检测阴道分泌物中细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-12、IL-4及IFN-γ/IL-4表达情况。结果:念珠菌性外阴阴道炎组(VVC组)阴道灌洗液细胞因子IL-12明显高于正常对照组及复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎组(RVVC组)(P<0.05),RVVC组与正常对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);IFN-γ、IL-4在VVC组与RVVC组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);VVC组与RVVC组IFN-γ/IL-4值均低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:VVC患者阴道局部存在Th2细胞极化,抑制Th1细胞增殖及免疫功能的发挥,局部免疫功能紊乱降低了对念珠菌感染的抵抗力。
Objective: To observe the levels of Thl/Th2 cytokines in vaginal fluid from vulvovaginal vandidiasis(VVC) patients and explore their roles in local immune response of vagina. Methods:The ELISA method was applied to measure the expressions of IFN-γ, 1L-12,and IL-4,and the ratio of IFN-γ to IL-4 (IFN-γ/IL-4) in vagi- nal fluid from 70 VVC patients and 35 healthy female subjects in the same hospital as controls. Results: In the VVC group, the expression of IL-12 was markedly higher than that of the recurrent VVC group and the control group(P〈0.05), and no significant difference of IL-12 was seen between the later 2 groups(P〉0.05). The expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the VVC and recurrent VVC groups was not seen significant difference(P〉0.05), but both were higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). IFN-γ/IL-4 was decreased in the VVC and recurrent VVC groups as compared with that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Th2 polarization existed in vagina local im- mune response in VVC patients, which inhibited the proliferation of Thl cytokines and the immune function. Thus Canidia albicans may have an easy assess to infect the patient owing to the local disturbance of immune function.
