The expression and significance of Th1/Th2 cell factor in the pre-eclampsia

摘要 目的:研究Th1/Th2细胞因子在子痫前期的表达变化,并分析其与子痫前期之间的关系。方法:随机搜集2008年3月~2009年10月住院孕妇共60例,其中20例为正常妊娠妇女(对照组),40例为子痫前期患者(子痫前期组,轻度20例,重度20例),采用ELISA法检测孕妇外周静脉血清中细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4水平。结果:轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组IFN-γ表达水平高于对照组(P<0.01),重度子痫前期组IFN-γ表达水平高于轻度组(P<0.01);轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组IL-4表达水平低于对照组(P<0.01),重度子痫前期组IL-4表达水平低于轻度组(P<0.01)。IFN-γ与IL-4水平呈负相关(r=-0.74,P<0.05);IFN-γ与胎盘重量呈负相关(r=-0.58,P<0.05);IFN-γ与新生儿体重呈负相关(r=-0.83,P<0.05);IL-4与胎盘重量呈正相关(r=0.78,P<0.05);IL-4与新生儿体重呈正相关(r=0.63,P<0.05)。结论:Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡,可能与子痫前期的发生有关。 Objective:To investigate the expression and change of Th1/Th2 cell factor in the pre-eclampsia,and analyze the relationship between cell factor and pre-eclampsia.Methods:60 hospital pregnant women were randomly selected in our hospital from March 2008 to October 2009,Of which 20 cases were normal pregnant women(control group),and 40 cases were the pre-eclampsia(pre-eclampsia group,mild by 20 cases and severe by 20 cases).The level of Th1-type cytokines IFN-γ,Th2-type cytokines IL-4 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The expression of IFN-γin the mild pre-eclampsia group and severe pre-eclampsia group was higher than in the control group(P0.01);the expression of IFN-γin the severe pre-eclampsia group was higher than in the mild pre-eclampsia group(P0.01);the expression of IL-4 in the mild pre-eclampsia group and severe pre-eclampsia group was lower than in the control group(P0.01);the expression of IL-4 in the severe pre-eclampsia group was lower than in the mild pre-eclampsia group(P0.01).The expression of IFN-γ is in negative correlation with IL-4(r=-0.74,P0.05);The expression of IFN-γwas negative correlation with placental weight(r=-0.58,P0.05);The expression of IFN-γwas negative correlation with newborn weight(r=-0.82,P0.05);The expression of IL-4 was positive correlation with placental weight(r=0.78,P0.05);The expression of IL-4 was positive correlation with newborn weight(r=0.63,P0.05).Conclusion:The disbalance expression between Th1 and Th2 cell factor is probably the cause of the development of pre-eclampsia.
