真空差压铸造薄壁铸件的研究进展 被引量:27

摘要 大量的薄壁铸件广泛应用于航空航天和国防领域,而真空差压铸造因具有良好的充型和凝固条件,被用于生产高质量的复杂薄壁铸件。目前真空差压铸造薄壁件引起了国内外研究者的广泛关注,为此对真空差压铸造控制系统、薄壁铸件充型以及凝固等方面的研究进展作了介绍,详述了真空差压铸造分级变压控制系统、薄壁铸件充型流态模型、凝固组织与补缩能力,并就目前该研究中存在的问题及今后的发展方向提出了建议。 Amounts of thin-walled castings have been used in aerospace, spaceflight and defense technology industry. The vacuum counter-pressure casting technology has been extensively employed to the production of high quality thin-walled components due to the advantage of filling and solidification. The vacuum counter-pressure casting thin-walled components have attracted much attention at home and a- broad. The recent research progress in the control system of vacuum counter-pressure casting, filling behavior and solidification process of thin-walled castings were described. The grade-pressure control system of vacuum counter-pressure casting, filling behavior models, microstructures and feeding capaci- ty of vacuum counter-pressure casting were introduced in detail. Finally, the existing problems were put forward and the future prospect was presented.
