继发性黄斑裂孔发病原因和临床处理 被引量：4

摘要 继发性黄斑裂孔是指由外伤、眼科手术、视网膜血管疾病、眼内炎症、眼内肿瘤等眼部其他病变所造成或伴发的黄斑裂孔（MH）。由于病因和发病机制与特发性MH不同，其临床表现和转归也不尽相同，可合并黄斑水肿、出血、视网膜脱离或视网膜色素上皮病变等异常。部分外伤性MH可以自愈，视力预后也常常受原发病变的影响。玻璃体切割手术是治疗继发性MH的重要手段，但手术指证不同于特发性MH。不仅要考虑裂孔本身，还要考虑到原发病因对预后的影响。由于缺少统一的病例选择和手术时机标准，在临床处理上，要综合考虑MH以及原发眼病和患者的具体情况，从而尽量改善继发性MH的预后。
