苯乙烯-顺酐共聚物的合成优化及其降黏效果 被引量:1

Synthesis of Styrene-Maleic Anhydride Copolymer and Its Effect on Viscosity Reduction

摘要 在偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发下,以甲苯为溶剂,合成了苯乙烯(St)-顺酐(MA)二元共聚物。探索了单体配比、反应温度、引发剂用量、溶剂用量等合成条件对共聚物相对分子质量的影响。并对不同相对分子质量的共聚物进行酯化改性,用于塔河稠油的降黏研究,试验发现特性黏数在85 mL/g左右,MA质量分数为30%时,降黏效果最好,降黏率为44.08%。要得到上述产品的适宜条件为:反应温度为70℃,引发剂用量为油质量的0.2%,溶剂用量为单体总质量的60%,n(St)∶n(MA)为2∶1。 The binary copolymer of styrene(St)-maleic anhydride(MA) was synthesized with AIBN as initiator and toluene as solvent.The influences of polymerization temperature,initiator dosage,solvent dosage and ratio of styrene to maleic anhydride on polymer relative molecular mass were discussed.The different relative molecular mass copolymer were modified by esterification and used in the viscosity reduction of Tahe heavy oil.The experimental results showed that the copolymer with intrinsic viscosity about 85 mL/g and the content of MA at 30% had the best effect,with viscosity reduction rate of 44.08%.To get the above products,the suitable experimental condition was : reaction temperature was 70 ℃,initiator dosage was 0.2%,solvent dosage was 60%,n(St)∶n(MA)=2∶1.
