摘要
本文通过加入接枝马来酸酐的聚乙烯(PE-MA),促进非报性的聚乙烯分子和带有极性表面的填料之间的互容。用扫描电子显微镜观察共混物低温脆断面上碳酸钙的分布表明,在加有增容剂PE-MA的PE/CaCO_3共混物中,CaCO_3颗粒大小均匀且分布也均匀,PE-MA明显起到了增容作用。综合结果指出,PE-MA的加入量占PE/CaCO_3/PE-MA总重量的5~10%时增容效果较好。力学性能测试表明,随PE-MA用量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度明显提高。断裂伸长率变化较小,熔融指数略有下降。
The effect of grafting maleic anhydride onto polyethylene(PE-MA) as a compatibilizer for PE and CaCO3 system on morphology and mechanical properties were studied. The results of strain-stress, impact test and melt index (MI) measurment indicate that within the present experiment compositions of the blend, tensile strength and low temperature impact strength incease and MI decrease with increasing proportion of PE-MA in the blend of PE/CaCO3/PE-MA. The scanning electron micrograph(SEM) and contrast of the mechanical properties of PE/CaCO3 and PE/CaCO3/PE-MA in the same rasin proportion explains the PE-MA compatibilization for PE and CaCO3 blends.
