摘要
目的 观察醒脑开窍针刺法配合安定针治疗小儿高热惊厥疗效及安全性。方法 6 0例高热惊厥患儿按随机数字表法随机分成两组 ,每组 30例 ,针药组采用针刺醒脑开窍法配合安定静脉推注 ,药物组单纯采用安定 ,观察止痉起效时间、复发率及呼吸抑制情况。结果 在止痉起效时间和复发率上 ,针药组明显少于药物组 ,两组均未发现呼吸抑制情况。结论 针刺配合安定针治疗高热惊厥是一种快速、有效、安全的方法。
Purpose To investigate the efficacy of brain-activating acupuncture plus diazepam injection for treatment of infantile hyperpyretic convulsion and its safety.Method Sixty infantile patients with hyperpyretic convulsion were randomly divided into two groups according to a random number table, 30 cases each. An acupuncture plus medication group was treated by brain-activating acupuncture in cooperation with intravenous injection of diazepam and a control group, by simple diazepam in the same dose. The time for producing the antispasmodic effect, the recurrence rate and the condition of respiratory inhibition were observed.Results The time for producing the antispasmodic effect was significantly shorter and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the acupuncture plus medication group than in the control group. Respiratory inhibition was not found in both groups.Conclusion Acupuncture in cooperation with intravenous injection of diazepam is a quickly effective and safe method for treating hyperpyretic convulsion.
