变应性肉芽肿性血管炎7例临床分析

摘要 目的总结7例变应性肉芽肿性血管炎(CSS)的临床特点,提高基层临床医生对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析7例变应性肉芽肿性血管炎的临床特点、实验室检查及病理特征。结果 7例病例中6例有哮喘样发作,首发症状为哮喘的4例,6例伴有嗜酸性粒细胞增高,4例肺病理结果有小血管炎或大量嗜酸粒细胞浸润或部分病灶有肉芽组织改变。使用糖皮质激素治疗的5例,治疗后5例嗜酸性粒细胞均降至正常,临床症状明显改善。结论临床上遇到对同时有哮喘、鼻窦炎、外周血嗜酸细胞明显增高、胸部影像学异常的需考虑CSS。
