医用生物可降解材料的生物学评价体系研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 医用生物可降解材料的生物学评价是其应用于临床的关键,材料构成及用途的日趋复杂使其生物学评价体系发生了较大的变化。本文阐述了医用生物可降解材料的生物学评价原则、体系和主要指标,回顾了近年来该领域出现的新方法,以期更好地完善相应评价体系,确保临床应用的安全性。
