改良McDonald宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈功能不全46例 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨改良McDonald宫颈环扎术治疗妊娠期宫颈功能不全的疗效。方法对46例孕妇合并宫颈功能不全者施行改良McDonald宫颈环扎术治疗,观察妊娠结局。结果孕14～16周手术者胎儿存活率与孕16～20周手术者相近(P>0.05);孕20～24周手术者胎儿存活率低于孕16～20周手术者,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕16～20周手术为最佳手术时期;改良McDonald宫颈环扎术操作简单、易行,宫颈组织损伤小,安全可靠,成功率高,并发症少,新生儿存活率高,值得推广。
