摘要
基于内腔式虚共焦非稳腔的理论优化结果和理论远场发散角4.05mrad,对光参量振荡器(OPO)激光器的光束质量进行了检测实验,输出激光能量可达70.6mJ/脉冲,远场发散角最小达5mrad;分析了影响OPO光束质量的可能因素,验证了经过优化设计的OPO激光器能够获得高光束质量的1.57μm激光。
Based on the theoretm optimized values of intracavity passive confocal unstable sonator, the beam quality of optical parametric oscillator (OPO) laser is tested experimenta transmission energy o 5mrad.
