摘要
通过微波辅助提取法与超声提取法的比较研究与优化,确定提取神秘果(Synsepalum dulcificumDaniell)种子中齐墩果酸的最佳工艺条件,采用HPLC法测定神秘果种子中齐墩果酸的含量。结果表明微波辅助提取法具有操作简单、提取时间短和提取率高等优点。
The optimized extraction method of oieanolic acid in the seed of Synsepalum dulcificum Daniell was established by comparison of microwave assisted extraction and ultrasonic extraction,and then detected by HPLC.The results indicated that microwave assisted extraction was advantage in the yield,timesaving and efficiency.
