摘要
目的 为了解机体免疫系统受激发的状态下血脑屏障能否开放及血压升高对此过程的影响 .方法 以大肠杆菌来源的脂多糖 L PS为免疫刺激物 ,或 (和 )给以单独给药时不能开放血脑屏障的小剂量 (3μg· kg- 1 )肾上腺素 ,以伊文思蓝为血脑屏障开放的指示剂进行研究 .结果 大剂量 (2 5 0μg· kg- 1 ) L PS和 3μg· kg- 1肾上腺素分别单独注射不能使血脑屏障开放 ;而静脉注射 L PS 3h后再给予同样剂量的肾上腺素 ,则可开放血脑屏障 .结论 在 L PS激发的免疫状态下 ,血脑屏障的开放阈降低 ,更易于受其他因素影响而开放 .本研究为免疫信息分子通过血脑屏障开放传入脑内的假说提供了一个佐证 .
AIM To investigate whether blood brain barrier (BBB) opens when the immune system is challenged. METHODS Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from E.coli was injected intravenously to the rats as an immune stimulus, and/or a small dose (3 μg·kg -1 ) of adrenaline (AD) which could not open BBB itself was given intravenously to induce a mild transient hypertension. RESULTS Neither a large dose (250 μg·kg -1 ) of LPS nor a small dose of AD could open BBB when administered separately, while the same dose of AD opened BBB at the presence of LPS administered 3 h in advanced. CONCLUSION This result suggests that BBB open threshold is lowered and BBB is apt to open when the immune system is challenged. The present study offers some evidence for the hypothesis that immune informational molecules might enter the brain through transiently opened BBB.
