介绍了港口集装箱正面吊运机(以下简称:正面吊)大臂伸缩液压缸缸筒裂纹常见位置、形状、成因,在对此进行技术分析的基础上,提出了一种高可靠性的维修方案,经维修后实践检验,取得了不错的维修效果。
The common position, shape and cause of the flaw in the stretch hydraulic cylinder of the container reachstaker boom in the port will be introduced at first. On the technology basis, one highly reliable method could be raised. It turned out to be a considerable good method after putting the idea into practice.
