摘要
针对长行程大缸径的液压缸,从材料成分、机械性能、焊接性能3方面论证将需要焊接的大型液压缸缸筒的材料由45钢替换为Q345的必要性。对比4种标准的缸筒强度校核方法,计算其差别,并用有限元法得到详细的应力、应变分布云图。根据结果,分析最优设计方案,使设计最大程度满足要求。
In view of hydraulic cylinders with large diameter and long stroke, the necessity of cylinder material replacement of 45steel by Q345 was demonstrated according to material composition, mechanical properties and welding performance. Comparing four kinds of standard cylinder strength check method, the difference was calculated. Using the finite element method, the detail stress, strain distributions were gotten. According to the results, the optimal design way was analyzed to meet design requirements.
