摘要
目的探讨暴露于锰与噪声作业工人的神经行为功能的改变。方法本文通过分别对从事接触锰组( 83人)、噪声组(56人)、锰与噪声联合作用组(7人)作业的工人进行神经行为功能的测试(WHO- NCTB)。结果显示锰、噪声对作业工人神经行为功能都有影响,在所测的指标中有三分之二与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。从同时接触噪声和锰组与对照组的比较中显示,这一组的神经行为功能指标全部均下降。结论在通过析因分析显示,在所用的指标中有五项指标显示噪声与锰有交互作用,且通过联合作用的简易判断也显示这几项指标存在相乘的联合作用(E1+2>E1+E2),即锰和噪声两因素同时存在,其对人体的神经行为功能的危害会加大。这应引起工业卫生防护人员的重视。
Objective To explore the changes of neurobehavioral function on the workers exposed to noise and manganese. Methods Neurobehavioral functions of 56 workers exposed to noise and 83 workers exposed to manganese and 78 exposed to manganese and noise and 81 controls were examined with neurobehavioral core test battery recommended by WHO. Results The results showed that noise group and manganese group all were significantly different as compared with the control group (P < 0.05) in two thirds test items. The joint action of manganese and noise group were significantly different as compared with the control group (P < 0.01 ) in all test items; the results of factorial analysis showed that there were interaction in five test items of noise and manganese joint action group; the simple analysis results of joint action showed that there were multiplicative joint action in those test items. Conclusion When workers were exposed to noise and manganese at the same time, adverse effects in neurobehavioral function would increase.
