摘要
为了阐明职业性危害因素对交通警察（外勤警）神经行为功能的影响特点，选用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试组合（ＷＨＯ－ＮＣＴＢ）七项指标，对１６６名外勤警、１６４名内勤警进行了测试。结果表明，外勤警的消极性情感明显增强，反应时间延长，心理运动能力和视感知能力降低，提示交通警察的职业因素对其神经行为功能有不良影响。
To explore the changes of neurobehavio ral of traffic police(field police,
inside police)caused by the occupational hazard, the beha-vioral functions were studied in 166
field po-lices, 164 inside polices, using NeurobehavioralCore Test Battery(NCTB)i.e.
consisting the profile of states test, the simplereaction time test,the Digit span test,the
San-ta.Anamanual dexterity test,the Pursuit aim-ing test,the Digit symboltest, the Benton Visu-al
Retention test recommanded by WHO. The result showed that differences of most test scores
between the groups were statistically significant(P<0. 05 or P<0.01).The scores of negative
mood states increased, coordination decreased,the abilities of visual.perception memory and
eye-hand coordination decreased and the latency of visual reaction time delayed in the
policmen compared with those in other persons.This study suggests that the neurobe-
havioral functions of traffic policemen are af-fected by occupational hazard.
