摘要
教师心理健康对于教育教学质量、学生健康发展和教师自身生命质量的提升都具有重要作用.以近20年来中国大陆教师心理健康研究的文献为基础,对教师心理健康的研究方法、研究内容、影响教师心理健康的主要因素、教师心理健康的维护策略进行了综述,分析了目前教师心理健康研究存在的问题,并对该领域的未来研究进行了展望.
Teacher's mental health plays a very important role in the promotion of education and teaching quality, students' healthy development and teachers' own life quality. On the base of the research review of mental health of teachers in China's Mainland in the latest 20 years, this paper gives an overview of research methods, research content and maintenance strategies of teachers' mental health, and major factors which influence teachers' mental health, analyzes the existing problems of the study of teachers' mental health at present and takes a view of the future research in this field.
