摘要
目的分析射频消融术治疗快速心律失常的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2008年10月～2010年10月施行射频消融术治疗的快速心律失常患者28例,记录患者的电生理特性、手术成功率和并发症。结果 28例快速心律失常患者射频消融治疗均获成功,全组患者平均手术时间(111±51)min,无明显并发症。结论射频消融术是治疗快速心律失常的一种安全有效的方法,成功率高,并发症少,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of radiofrequency ablation in treating patients with rapid arrhythmia.Methods 28 cases of rapid arhythmia was retrospectively analyzed.The electrophysiological characteristics,the successful rate of operation and the complications of 28 cases with rapid arrhythmia being treated by radiofrequency ablation were analyzed.Results Out of the 28 cases was successful and no obvious complications occurred.Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation,as the first choice,is safe and reliable with high successful rate in treating patients with rapid arrhythmia.
