摘要 一名在幼儿园工作了五年的男教师经历了一个从幼儿教育的“局外人”到“局内人”的转变过程。幼儿园男教师要实现专业成长必须发挥性别优势,形成教学专长;必须提高对幼儿园教师职业价值的认识。幼儿园要开展人性化管理.为男教师提供良好的工作环境及经济待遇。整个社会要提高对幼儿园教师职业的认识。为提高幼儿园教师的社会地位作出努力。 A male kindergarten teacher experienced a transformation from an "outsider" to an "insider" during his 5 years of working. Male kindergarten teachers, in order to realize professional development, should make use of gender advantage and form their teaching specialty; and they should also elevate their understanding of their professional value. And kindergartens are advised to adopt humanistic management and provide them with a beneficial working environment and financial treatment. The whole society needs to recognize the value of the profession and to make efforts to improve the social status of kindergarten teachers.
