摘要
变革的时代,将不确定的关系注入教师的生活。生活在这样一个不确定性世界中的教师遭遇到自我认同危机,具体表现为教师自我同一性的解构、教师自我归属感的匮乏、教师自我意义感的丧失。建构学校共同体、真正赋权教师以及提升教师生存境界等是让教师走出危机的可能路径选择。
The life of teachers is uncertain in the changeful era, so the self-identity of teachers is undergoging crisis, that are the disintegration of teacher's self-identity, the shortage of teacher's self-belonging and the losing of teacher's meaning. The possible ways for teachers to cast off crisis are constructing the community of school, empowering teachers and promoting the existence area of them.
