摘要
专业化发展是师范生培养的基本出发点,而在其专业化发展过程中,专业伦理培养是关键。目前,师范生专业伦理培养面临技术主义倾向、知行断裂以及教育方法灌输式等问题,已严重影响师范生的培养和未来教师队伍质量的提高。为此,应在师范生专业伦理培养中以专业伦理课程提升专业自主性与自律性,以实践训练加强师范生专业体验,同时以渗透式教学内化师范生教师专业伦理,从而推动师范生专业化发展。
The original point of normal students training is the professional development. In the course of professional development, professional ethics training is the key point. At present, normal students faced technical training of professional ethics tendenc!es, knowing fracture and inculcating teaching method and so on, which has seriously affected the normal students to develop and the quality of teachers in the future. Therefore, in professional ethical education for normal students, universities should enhance students" professional autonomy and self-discipline with professional ethics courses, strengthen their professional teaching experience with teaching practice, and internalize teachers" professional ethics using infiltrative teaching method at the same time, so as to promote the process of normal school students" professionalization.
