摘要
构建了农村信息服务业发展水平评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法和模糊评价法对河北省农村信息服务业发展水平进行了评价,通过评价结果分析了河北省农村信息服务业发展水平低的原因,并提出了提升河北省农村信息服务业发展水平的对策:积极推进省、市、县信息平台和乡镇信息服务站建设;加强农村信息数据库建设;实现农村信息资源供需平衡;抓好农村信息服务人才队伍建设和培训。
Abstract The index system to evaluate the development of rural information service industry was established. The development level of Hebei rural information service industry was assessed by fuzzy evaluation method and AHP. The causbs to the low development level of Hebei rural information service industry were analyzed. Finally, the development countermeasures of rural information services industry were proposed in Hebei Province, including actively promoting the construction of provincial, municipal and county-level information platform and information service stations, strengthening the establishment of rural information database, achieving the supply-demand balance of rural information re- sources, and focusing on the buildin~ and training nf rural infnrmaticm garvic^eg tnl^nt~
