摘要
分析了当前制约我国农村信息服务发展的因素,提出了应对我国农村信息服务制约因素的若干措施。
This paper analyzes some factors restricting the development of the current rural information services in China, and puts forward some corresponding measures for dealing with these factors restricting the rural information services in China.
