摘要
独立学院转设为完全独立设置的民办普通本科高校,既是国家政策导向的要求,也是深化高等教育办学体制改革、促进民办高等教育健康可持续发展和服务地方经济社会转型的必要之举。文章运用SWOT分析法对我国新转设民办本科高校的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行全面剖析,并提出相应的发展战略。
The transformation from independent College to non-governmental regular universities is not only the state＇s policy orientation,but also the necessary move to deepen the higher education system reform,promote healthy and sustainable development of non-governmental higher education,and serve the local economy.This paper uses SWOT to provide a comprehensive analysis of the advantage,weakness,opportunities and threats of newly formed non-governmental regular universities,and to propose their development strategies.
