摘要
文章从信息管理类人才供需困境分析入手,阐述了该类本科专业人才培养的行业特色,构建出了行业特色视阈下的信息管理类本科人才培养体系,并给出一些行业化的培养对策,以为该类本科专业的发展提供一些办学思路。
Based on the analysis for the dilemma between supply and demand of talents of information management class,this paper has summarized the industry characteristics of personnel training for this class firstly.And then,we build a training system for undergraduate specialty of information management class under the viewpoint of industry characteristics.Thirdly,this paper provides some sectoral suggestions on personnel training in order to give some useful references.
