摘要
目的探讨解脲脲支原体(Uu)感染对男性不育患者的影响。方法采用培养法对98例男性不育症患者进行Uu检测,分析Uu感染对精子质量和形态的影响。结果 Uu阳性组患者精液液化时间、pH值、精子畸形率显著高于Uu阴性组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Uu阳性组精子活动力和精子活动率显著低于Uu阴性组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Uu阳性组正常形态精子百分率低于Uu阴性组;Uu阳性组异常形态精子百分率高于Uu阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 Uu感染是男性不育患者精液质量下降的重要原因之一,预防和及时治疗Uu感染,对防治不育症有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of Ureaplasma urealyticum（Uu） infection on male infertility.METHODS The specimens of semen from 98 infertile patients were cultured for analyzing the influence of Uu on the quality and shape of sperm.RESULTS The duration of semen liquified,pH value and abnormal sperm rate were higher in Uu positive group than those in Uu negative group（P0.05）.Sperm motility and activity rate were lower in Uu positive group than those in Uu negative group（P0.05）.The rate of normal semen was lower in Uu positive group than that in Uu negative group（P0.05）.The rate of abnormal semen was higher in Uu positive group than that in Uu negative group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Uu infection is one of the factors causing the decline of sperm quality.Prevention and timely treatment of Uu infection have important significance for male infertility.
