摘要
目的探讨洁净手术室感染控制的有效措施。方法结合医院自2003年引入洁净手术室的实践,对洁净手术室的合理布局、感染控制的具体措施及效果进行阐述,采用合理的布局,从制度、人员、物品、监测、环境运行多方面加强对洁净手术室的使用管理。结果通过每月对手术间及内走廊空气,采用自然沉降法和空气悬浮法采样、培养,均符合一类空气净化要求,有效控制了手术室的污染源,保证了手术室消毒隔离质量,减少了手术切口的感染率,使手术室护理质量有了明显提升。结论建立布局合理的洁净手术室,通过采用一系列有效措施,实现全过程的感染控制是现代化医院必备的条件。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effective measures for the infection control in clean operating room.METHODS Since the introduction of clean operating room in 2003 in our hospital,reasonable layout of clean operating room were conducted,and measures for infection control and its effect were deliberated.The system,personnel,items,monitoring,and environment of the clean operating room were managed and emphasized.RESULTS The monthly detection of the air in and out of the operating room by natural sedimentation and air suspension sampling showed that it was qualified,which effectively controlled the source of pollution in operation room and reduced the operation incision infection rate.Therefore,the nursing quality of operation room had been apparently promoted.CONCLUSION The establishment of a rational layout for the clean operating room should adopt a series of effective measures,and the infection control through the whole process should be one of the necessary factors of the modern hospital.
