摘要
目的探索腔镜器械清洗效果监测最佳的采样方法。方法采用直接涂擦法和咬合法,分别对50批次清洗后经目测合格的腔镜器械进行采样,样本采集后做细菌培养和残留血试验。结果用涂擦法和咬合法进行采样,细菌培养阳性率分别为0和8.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);残留血试验阳性率分别为2.86%、14.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咬合采样法能更有效地捕获到清洗后残留于腔镜器械的残余物,使腔镜器械清洗效果监测结果更准确、合理。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the preferable sampling method to monitor laparoscopic cleaning efficacy. METHODS Two different sampling methods, surface scratching and surface occlusion, were applied respectively to 50 visual qualified laparoscopes after cleaning Bacterial culture and residual blood test were performed after sampling. RESULTS Surface scratching method and surface occlusion method used for sampling showed statistically significant differences in terms of bacterial culture positive rate ( 0% and 8.57% respectively) (P〈0.05)and residual blood test positive rate (2.86% and 14.28% respectively)(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Surface occlusion method can capture the residual soils after laparoscopic cleaning more effectively and make the monitoring result of cleaning efficacy more accurate and reliable.
