膝关节置换术后感染因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解膝关节置换术后感染相关因素,为有效控制医院感染提供依据。方法调查膝关节置换术后患者基本情况,分析几种因素与医院感染之间的关系,将所要分析的因素进行量化,将各种分析因素进入logistic回归方程,将医院感染患者送检各种标本进行培养,做药敏试验。结果膝关节置换术后感染因素是感染部位与病原菌种类,监测150例患者中送检各种标本138份,检出病原菌61株,标本阳性检出率为44.2%。结论加强对膝关节置换术后患者的医院感染监测,增强临床医师合理正确使用抗菌药物的意识,规范抗菌药物使用行为,是控制医院感染病原菌耐药性、提高医疗质量,减轻患者负担的有效途径。 OBJECTIVE To understand the related factors for infection after knee arthroplasty,to provide evidence for effective control of the hospital infections.METHODS A survey of knee arthroplasty patients was performed.Factors associated with hospital infections were analyzed by logistic analysis and the relationship between them was studied.Specimens from the infection patients were cultured and drugs susceptisility testing was performed.RESULTS Sites of infections and the pathogenic bacteria were factors affecting infection after knee arthroplasty.Of the 138 samples from 150 patients monitored,61 strains were detected with the positive rate of 44.2%.CONCLUSION To strengthen the surveillance of nosocomial infections in patients had knee arthroplasty,enhancing the consciousness of clinician of the reasonable use of antibiotics,and standardizing antibiotic use are the effective ways to control nosocomial infections,improve medical quality,and reduce the burden of the patients.
