摘要
目的:探讨频谱联合护理干预对手术切口愈合的临床效果。方法:将98例因泌尿系疾病住院并行手术治疗的患者随机分为两组。49例术后在常规护理基础上实施护理干预作为对照组,49例在对照组护理干预的基础上联合使用频谱仪照射作为观察组,比较两组的切口愈合和感染情况。结果:观察组伤口甲级愈合34例,占69.4%,感染2例,感染率为4.1%;对照组伤口甲级愈合23例,占46.9%,感染8例,感染率为16.4%,两组间的甲级愈合率以及感染率间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理干预的基础上联合应用频谱仪照射,可显著提高手术切口的愈合效果,预防术后感染发生。
Objective To observe the effects of spectrum combined with nursing intervention on surgical incision healing.Method 98 patients treated by surgical operation in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Jan 2012 were selected and divided into two groups.49 patients were nursed by nursing intervention as control group.49 patients were nursed by spectrum combined with nursing intervention as observation group.The incision healing and infection conditions were compared.Results 34 cases of incision in observation group were Class-A healing,the healing rate was 69.4%.2 cases of incision were infection;the infection rate was 4.1%.Meanwhile,in control group,the healing rate and infection rate were 46.9% and 16.4%,respectively.The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing the patients by spectrum combined with nursing intervention can improve the healing effect of surgical incision significantly and prevent infection.
