摘要
为节能降耗,降低铸件生产成本,改善作业环境,以渣罐接液体渣工艺替代水电消耗量较大,系统故障多,污染环境,操作复杂的冲天炉炉渣水冲粒化工艺。渣罐接液体渣工艺操作简便,节约了水电耗费,避免产生水蒸气和有害气体,实现了节能降耗和作业环境友好。
The treatment technology of cupola slag was improved in order to save energy and decrease consumption, reduce casting cost and improve work environment. The water-flushing granulating technology, which is high consumption of water and electricity, high failure rate of equipment system, environmental pollution, complex operation, was replaced by new catching liquid-slag technology. The new technology is easy operation, saving water and electricity, and avoiding water vapor and harmful gas. It is characterized with energy saving and consumntion reduction_ and friendly work environment.
