摘要
概述了我国铸铁生产的现状及能耗情况。分别从造型材料、铸造工艺及工装的设计、熔炼、热处理、数值模拟技术的应用等几方面论述了在铸铁件生产中实施节能减排的一些措施。为铸铁件生产企业更快地实现绿色铸造提供一些参考。
The present status of cast iron production and energy consumption were reviewed.Some measurements on energy saving and pollutant reduction were discussed from aspects such as molding material,casting process and tooling design,melting,heat treatment,numerical simulation technology,etc.Some valuable references were provided for cast iron enterprises to realize green casting.
