摘要
通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20反复柱层析、纯化,从齿瓣石斛的茎中分离得到7个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱分析分别鉴定为新甘草苷(1)、3,5-二羟基黄酮-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷(2)、芦丁(3)、芹菜素-7-O-芸香糖苷(4)、芹菜素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(5)、β-胡萝卜苷(6)和β-谷甾醇(7)。以上化合物均为首次从齿瓣石斛中分离得到。
By silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography methods, seven compounds were isolated from the stem of Dendrobium devonianum, and identified by physicochemieal prorerties and spectral data as neoliquirtin （1）, 3,5- dihydroxyflavone-7-O-glucuronopyranoside （ 2 ） , turin （3） , apigenin-7-O-ct-L-rharnnopyranosyl （ 1 →6 ） -β-D-glueopyr- anoside （ 4 ） , apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside （ 5 ） ,β-daueosterol （ 6 ） , andβ-sitosterol （ 7 ）. All the compounds are reported in Dendrobium devonianum for the first time.
