摘要
建立了纺织品中甲醛的快速检测方法。利用甲醛在碱性条件下与间苯三酚反应生成橙红色化合物进行比色分析,制作了便于目测的根据不同甲醛浓度与显色相对应的标准比色卡,通过比较颜色深浅可快速确定纺织品中是否含有甲醛及是否符合标准限量要求;用活性炭固相萃取小柱可解决因纺织品褪色而带来的颜色干扰测定的问题。结果表明,本方法检测速度快,操作简单、无需昂贵的仪器,实验结果可靠,适合于执法检测、市场、家庭、企业人员进行现场快速监测以及大批样品的初筛,阳性样品送实验室定量测定。
A method for rapid determination of formaldehyde in textiles is developed based on color matching,because formaldehyde reacts with phloroglucin and forms reddish orange compound under alkaline condition.A color scale is prepared according to formaldehyde concentration and the corresponding color depth for convenient visual check.By comparing color depth,whether formaldehyde is contained in the textiles or concentration thereof meets standard limit requirement is rapidly determined.The interference color caused by fading of textiles in the immersion liquid is cleaned up with a column of activiated carbon solid extraction.The results have proved that this method is rapid,simple,and reliable for the site determination;and preliminary screening of large amount of samples has no need of expensive instruments.In the case that a sample exhibits positive,it can be sent to the lab for quantitive determination.
