文拉法辛在乙炔黑-离子液体修饰玻碳电极上的电催化氧化和电分析方法 被引量:2

Electrocatalytic oxidation and electrochemical determination of venlafaxine at acetylene black-ionic liquid modified glassy carbon electrode

摘要 目的:研究了文拉法辛(venlafaxine,VEN)在乙炔黑-离子液体复合修饰玻碳电极(acetylene black-ionic liquid modifiedglassy carbon electrode,AB-ILs/GCE)上的电化学行为及电化学动力学性质,据此建立了VEN电化学定量测定方法。方法:采用循环伏安法(cyclic voltammetry,CV),计时电流法(chronoamperometry,CA),计时电量法(chronocoulometry,CC),方波伏安法(square wave voltammetry,SWV)及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等电化学方法。结果:VEN在玻碳电极(GCE)上于0.91 V处出现一不可逆氧化峰,与GCE相比VEN在AB/GCE上的氧化峰电位负移150 mV,氧化峰电流增大4倍;而与AB/GCE相比VEN在AB-ILs/GCE上的氧化峰电位基本不变,氧化峰电流增大1.6倍。同时考察了实验条件对VEN伏安行为影响,测定了电极反应过程动力学参数,并用本方法对VEN胶囊中VEN含量进行了定量测定,RSD在1.7%~2.5%之间,加标回收率在96.30%~102.2%之间。结论:AB-ILs/GCE对VEN电化学氧化有明显的催化作用,是一受扩散控制的不可逆电极过程,该方法可用于市售VEN胶囊中VEN含量的电化学定量测定。 Objective:The electrochemical behaviors and electrochemical kinetics of venlafaxine(VEN)at acetylene black-Ionic liquid modified glassy carbon electrode(AB-ILs/GCE),an electrochemical quantitative analysis was established.Methods: Cyclic voltammetry(CV),chronocoulometry(CC),chronoamperometry(CA),square wave voltammetry(SWV)and electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS).Results: An irreversible oxidation peak appeared on GCE at about 0.91 V.However,the oxidation peak potentials of VEN shifted 150 mV negatively on AB/GCE than that of GCE,the oxidation peak currents on AB/GCE increased about 4 times than that of GCE;compared with AB/GCE,the oxidation peak potentials of VEN on AB-ILs/GCE almost keep constant,the peak currents on AB-ILs/GCE increased 1.6 times than that of AB/GCE.The electrochemical kinetic parameters were also determined on AB-ILs/GCE.The influence of experimental conditions was investigated.The quantitative determination of VEN content was investigated,the relative standard deviation is between 1.7%-2.5% and the recoverage is in the range of 96.30%-102.2%.Conclusion:The experimental result indicated that AB-ILs/GCE could catalyze the oxidation of VEN well,and it was a diffusion-limited electrochemical process for VEN electrochemical at AB-ILs/GCE.Furthermore,this method can be applied in the test of VEN content with simple manipulation.
